We sort and stage everything for donation or disposal. Charity shop drop-off and rubbish removal are available as optional add-ons — just mention it when you book.

The Essential Reset includes two dedicated organising sessions, typically covering two to three spaces. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities and determine the most suitable scope for your home.

Do I need to buy storage products beforehand?

Not at all. We provide tailored product recommendations after our consultation. Across all of our services, we can source and purchase items on your behalf so you don’t have to think about it — all product costs are invoiced separately.

Start by removing items you no longer need, grouping similar items together and creating designated storage zones for everyday essentials. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — payment plans are available upon request. We never want the cost to be a barrier to getting your home organised, so if you’d like to spread payments out, just mention it when you enquire and we’ll work something out that suits you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. We completely understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate you. However, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in that session being forfeited from your package. If something comes up, just get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll work something out.

How do I declutter my home when I'm feeling overwhelmed?

Do you work on weekends?

Yes — we do offer weekend availability, though weekdays are preferred. If a weekend works better for your family, just mention it when you enquire and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to be home during the session?
